Abstract

Some features and design methods of high-precision sigma-delta ADCs in the information-measuring systems are considered. A review of modern sigma-delta ADC, produced the world's leading companies is held. A mathematical model of the sigma-delta modulator k-order is presented. The sings of chaotic fluctuations that occur in nonlinear discretecontinuous systems, conclusions are made.
